










Ittinant is a key figure in Thailand’s high-value real estate and construction space and is a go-to resource for businesses and investors working at the top end of the country’s markets. He is also a corporate and commercial and banking and finance legal specialist.
He has been practicing law for 25 years and assists international real estate and asset management companies with business structures, licensing, and operations in Thailand. He also advises foreign investors and major real estate developers and energy companies on negotiating, structuring, and closing sales, joint ventures and M&A.
Lately, Ittinant has been advising on the development and construction of property in Thailand (and its subsequent leasing and operation) post-Covid and assisting with various hotel/leisure and mixed-use property developments in the south of the country. He has also been overseeing intensive corporate and land due diligence investigations into high-value real estate in Thailand’s burgeoning renewable energy industry.

Ms Tamonwan Phansaiy
Tamonwan has been practicing law for more than seven years and is an associate in our litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration practice. She is a key resource for contract management, providing advice across the entire process from initial negotiations to drafting, revisions and review.
She advises on bankruptcy and business reorganization, consumer protection and international trade case matters, as well as employment protection legislation and intellectual property. She also advises on family matters including succession and estate division.
Tamonwan has experience advising and representing both local and multinational clients in a broad range of disputes covering commercial, construction and employment, as well as in alternative dispute resolution matters (including mediation) and corporate litigation.
She works diligently with each client to deliver a favourable outcome. She advises and assists in mediation sessions at court and has been successful in reaching settlement agreements for full payment of outstanding debts.
She graduated with an LL.B. from Thammasat University and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand. She is also a qualified Notarial Services Attorney.
Mr Thaveerath Rahardja
Thaveerath has been practicing law for several years and is an associate in our corporate and commercial, banking and finance, and real estate departments. He is a key resource for mergers and acquisitions, from handling initial negotiations, through drafting and analysing contracts, to finalising agreements and eventual close-out.
He specialises in a broad range of areas including corporate law, fin-tech law, payment gateways, intellectual property (IP), real estate transactions, foreign direct investments, Board of Investment (BOI) promotions, complex trust structures such as private equity trusts and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and joint ventures.
He is experienced in handling various corporate and transactional matters, including legal due diligence, and provides critical legal opinions to fintech-product and commercial teams, addressing legal frameworks for e-wallets, digital assets, and payment gateway industries. He advises multinational clients, including commercial banks and insurance companies, ensuring compliance and strategic advantage.
Thaveerath has a strong background in IP law, managing both contentious and non-contentious trademark matters. He performs trademark searches, handles litigation and drafts IP licensing agreements, and represents major foreign companies in protecting their IP rights in Thailand.
He has an LL.B. from Thammasat University and is a Lawyers Council of Thailand member.
