Mr lttinant Suwanjutha

Ittinant is a key figure in Thailand’s high-value real estate and construction space and is a go-to resource for businesses and investors working at the top end of the country’s markets. He is also a corporate and commercial and banking and finance legal specialist.

Ittinant has been practicing law for nearly 25 years and assists international real estate and asset management companies with business structures, licensing and operations in Thailand. Mr Anuwat Ngamprasertkul

Anuwat leads several of the firm’s legal practices including setting up compliance measures with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), legal entity and tax structuring as well as business restructuring and reorganisation. He advises on M&A and commercial transactions and on fundraising, family business and related issues, and human resources legal management.

Anuwat has been practicing law for nearly 20 years and oversees the firm’s litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration department, focusing on claims and defences in white-collar crime, bankruptcy, and labour and taxation cases. He also advises on shareholder disputes and consumer protection and international trade case matters. He represents Thai and foreign parties in the civil and criminal courts and is adept at minimising clients’ legal exposure and at developing strategies for crisis management, reaching clients’ end goals smoothly and efficiently.
 
Previously, Anuwat was a director at a Big Four audit firm, heading up its litigation team. For 16 years he advised international clients on a wide range of legal and tax matters related to setting up, restructuring, and maintaining business operations and compliance in Thailand.

Ms Siripen Kulworakulpitak

Siripen has been practicing law for more than 18 years and is a key contact point for prestigious Thai and foreign clients regarding their corporate legal affairs in Thailand. She is a formidable negotiator and works across all industries and sectors to secure her clients’ interests in the country. She is a well-known figure in Bangkok’s community of high-end corporate lawyers and remains one of the few female founding partners of a law firm here, in what is traditionally an extremely male-dominated profession.

Siripen is regularly tasked with advising on cross-border commercial projects and the legal management of international business deals and infrastructure projects, and on promotions offered by Thailand’s Board of Investment (BOI). Mr Chumphon Macharoen

Chumphon is head of the firm’s litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration department. He has been practicing law for nearly 18 years and holds Legal 500 recommended lawyer status.

He handles all types of litigation, managing cases from initial contact through to settlement and through mediation and trial. He is highly practiced at developing successful trial strategies and at gathering and applying evidence swiftly and effectively. Chumphon has an LL.B. from Thailand’s Ramkhamhaeng University and is a member of both the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association. He is also a qualified Notarial Services Attorney.

Mr Supachot Prasankiattiraj

Supachot is a senior associate and notable member of the firm’s real estate, corporate and commercial/M&A, and litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration departments. He is also one of the firm’s personal data protection and privacy leaders. He advises on wide-ranging transactional matters and assists with high-value real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings. Ms Sukontharat Nobnom

Sukontharat is a senior associate and key member of the firm’s corporate and commercial/M&A, real estate, and data privacy and personal data protection practices. She is central to the smooth running of the firm’s daily legal operations.

She is accustomed to managing large, high-spec client accounts to hit targeted budgets and to maintaining and strengthening the firm’s long-term business and legal partnerships. Mr Kannapop Khunrattanaphon

Kannapop is an experienced and highly skilled legal professional who specialises in corporate and commercial, M&A, foreign direct investment, and real estate. His expertise extends to matters involving the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), manufacturing, and hospitality law.

Kannapop has been in practice for more than 10 years. He has developed a comprehensive understanding of the Thai legal landscape and his experience covers the entire spectrum of legal issues related to doing business in the country, from company formation and operation through to dissolution and settlement.

He provides strategic legal counsel to both domestic and international clients, and routinely supports foreign businesses with making inbound investments and establishing operations in Thailand. Ms Tamonwan Phansaiy

Tamonwan has been practicing law for more than seven years and is an associate in our litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration practice. She is a key resource for contract management, providing advice across the entire process from initial negotiations to drafting, revisions and review.

She advises on bankruptcy and business reorganization, consumer protection and international trade case matters, as well as employment protection legislation and intellectual property. She also advises on family matters including succession and estate division.

Tamonwan has experience advising and representing both local and multinational clients in a broad range of disputes covering commercial, construction and employment, as well as in alternative dispute resolution matters (including mediation) and corporate litigation.

She works diligently with each client to deliver a favourable outcome. She advises and assists in mediation sessions at court and has been successful in reaching settlement agreements for full payment of outstanding debts.

Mr Piniti Chomsavas

Piniti has been practicing law for seven years and is an associate in our corporate and commercial/M&A, litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration, employment management, and data privacy and personal data protection practices.

He has legal experience in public-private partnership (PPP) projects, M&A, due diligence investigations, contract drafting and labour and employment advisory matters, as well as Tech-Media-Telecoms (TMT). He has represented clients in court in civil and criminal cases and assisted with advising commercial banks, insurance companies, as well as courier service providers in personal data protection matters.

Previously, Piniti worked for five years as a legal manager at a Big Four firm, working across the organisation in a wide-ranging legal and tax consulting role.

He has an LL.B. from Thailand’s prestigious Chulalongkorn University and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand. He is also a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), having gained its Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) qualification. Ms Rujirat Siriwattananukul

Rujirat works mainly out of our litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration department but also assists our corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, and data privacy and personal data protection teams.

She has been practicing law for over four years and has already developed broad industry sector expertise. She has advised on matters related to aviation, cybersecurity, employment, energy, hospitality, insurance, labour, renewables, and telecommunications.

She has represented domestic and foreign clients in various kinds of dispute involving defamation, family, labour, real estate, and other civil and criminal matters. She has assisted with drafting privacy notices and policies and with in-house Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) training for client organisations.

Rujirat has an LL.B. from Thammasat University and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

Mr Thaveerath Rahardja

Thaveerath has been practicing law for several years and is an associate in our corporate and commercial, banking and finance, and real estate departments. He is a key resource for mergers and acquisitions, from handling initial negotiations, through drafting and analysing contracts, to finalising agreements and eventual close-out.

He specialises in a broad range of areas including corporate law, fin-tech law, payment gateways, intellectual property (IP), real estate transactions, foreign direct investments, Board of Investment (BOI) promotions, complex trust structures such as private equity trusts and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and joint ventures.

He is experienced in handling various corporate and transactional matters, including legal due diligence, and provides critical legal opinions to fintech-product and commercial teams, addressing legal frameworks for e-wallets, digital assets, and payment gateway industries. He advises multinational clients, including commercial banks and insurance companies, ensuring compliance and strategic advantage.

Thaveerath has a strong background in IP law, managing both contentious and non-contentious trademark matters. He performs trademark searches, handles litigation and drafts IP licensing agreements, and represents major foreign companies in protecting their IP rights in Thailand.

Mr Tataraj Indrasukhsri

Tataraj is part of our banking and finance, real estate, and corporate and commercial teams. He also assists with capital markets and corporate finance matters and has previous experience as a trader on the Thai stock market.

His responsibilities include advising on legal and regulatory compliance issues, conducting in-depth corporate and land due diligence investigations, and managing corporate registration proceedings. Also, handling legal document review processes in order to identify potential risks, liabilities and obligations, and analysing, preparing and reviewing all types of agreement to ensure accuracy, compliance and effectiveness.

He assists in the provision of legal services to both domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries, including financial services, FinTech, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technology, digital assets, renewable energy, hospitality and entertainment, pharmaceuticals, telemedicine, insurance, and consumer goods and services.

Mr Chanin Tinnakorn

Chanin supports our real estate, corporate and commercial, and litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration departments. He also advises on data privacy matters and Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

He conducts comprehensive legal research as a matter of routine and prepares precise legal briefs and memos for senior lawyers for the purposes of case preparation and private consultations with clients.

Chanin works on land due diligence investigations, attends property inspections, reviews zoning regulations, and supports environmental impact assessments (EIAs) on target properties to ensure full compliance with Thai regulations. He runs land title searches and drafts and reviews leases and sale and purchase agreements.

His other responsibilities include handling company registration processes, analysing and summarising complex legal documents, and liaising and collaborating with governmental bodies to facilitate smooth project progression.

Chanin graduated with an LL.B. from Thammasat University and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

Mr Watthanai Riyapan

Watthanai supports our corporate and commercial, M&A, real estate, and dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration practice groups.

He assists with the legal management of land transactions and the separation of title deeds, and advises on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters in order to ensure complete adherence to the latest Thai laws and regulations. He is called upon frequently to assist with managing in-depth corporate and land due diligence investigations.

He advises on company registrations and procedures for capital increases and reductions, and liaises on tax matters with Thailand’s Revenue Department. He conducts comprehensive legal research and analysis and is always on hand to assist senior lawyers with case preparation and client consultations.

Watthanai has an LL. B from Thammasat University, and has previous experience as a member of the Thailand Arbitration Institute’s legal team.

Mr Tanadej Kanitthanon

Tanadej supports our dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration, corporate and commercial, M&A, and real estate practice groups.

He is a dedicated junior lawyer and alumni of Thammasat University, where he graduated in Commercial Law. He brings a strong commitment to client advocacy and legal research—research which is critical in formulating successful strategies and arguments—and helps ensure that cases are built on solid legal foundations and up-to-date information.

He works diligently with the firm’s senior lawyers, identifying legal issues and potential challenges in each case, and provides comprehensive assistance inclusive of drafting legal contracts, preparing case files and trial documents, helping to organise legal proceedings, coordinating with experts and external legal counsel, and liaising with clients and witnesses.
