It was an honour for IAS Advisory co-founding partner Mr Anuwat Ngamprasertkul to join the recent Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) course at Bhiraj Tower as a co-speaker together with Ms Noppramart Thammateeradaycho (partner) and Ms Suruswadee Jaimsuwan (counsel) from Tilleke & Gibbins.
The course, on 16-17th January 2023, was titled, “Ending organisational conflict: negotiation and conciliation techniques for settling disputes.”

Sessions covered a range of topics including alternative dispute resolution processes, negotiation and communication skills, and procedures for conciliation.
THAC utilises modern teaching methodologies to inform and empower and aims to share knowledge that can be applied in lots of different areas – also to make sure sessions are fun and engaging for students!
