The firm has been ranked in Chambers’ Asia-Pacific Client Guide 2025 for its capabilities in Real Estate, Dispute Resolution and Corporate/M&A, led respectively by co-founding partners Mr Ittinant Suwanjutha, Mr Anuwat Ngamprasertkul and Ms Siripen Kulworakulpitak.
Ittinant and Anuwat have been singled out for particular praise for their success this year and appear in Chambers’ prestigious “Ranked Lawyer” listings; Ittinant in recognition of his work in Thailand’s high-value real estate and construction space, and Anuwat for overseeing the firm’s wide-ranging and successful dispute resolution practice.
Congratulations to IAS Advisory co-founding partners Mr Ittinant Suwanjutha, Mr Anuwat Ngamprasertkul, and Ms Siripen Kulworakulpitak for each being awarded a place on Asia Business Law Journal (ABLJ)’s latest “A-List of Top 100 Lawyers in Thailand.”
The A-List of Thailand’s top practitioners is based on independently researched, impartial feedback from professionals at a large number of Thai and global corporations and law firms. Also, on a systematic analysis of information provided by neutral secondary sources.
Congratulations to co-founding partner Mr Anuwat Ngamprasertkul on his inclusion in the latest edition of Benchmark Litigation, a well-known industry guide to the world’s best litigation firms and lawyers.
Anuwat has been highlighted as a Litigation Star in Thailand for his specialist expertise in Commercial and Transactions.
Benchmark Litigation uses various research methods to analyse and rank legal practitioners, including case evidence (analysing law firm case highlights), client feedback (taking in the views of in-house counsel), and peer review (based on feedback received from law firm partners).
IAS Advisory was delighted to be named recently among Thailand’s top law firms by Asia Business Law Journal (ABLJ). ABLJ offers expert analysis and resources for Asia-focused in-house counsel and lawyers in private practice, providing unique insight into Asia’s legal landscape and informed commentary on the region’s top achievers.
After winning the New Firm to Watch and Data Compliance & Cyber Security awards last year, IAS Advisory was among the winners in this year’s Real Estate and Litigation categories, overseen respectively by firm co-founders Mr Ittinant Suwanjutha and Mr Anuwat Ngamprasertkul.
IAS Advisory co-founding partner Ms Siripen Kulworakulpitak was delighted to join the committee for selecting teams at the recent National Mediation Competition 2024. The competition was held over three days from 23-25th January 2024 at the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) in Bangkok.
Now in its sixth year, the event brings together Thailand’s next generation of mediators and negotiators and aims to encourage greater innovation, creativity and leadership. Using simulations of commercial disputes, participants get to put theory into practice and test strategies and tactics in a fun but competitive environment.
The event offers a great opportunity for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year degree students to participate in a mediation from start to finish. They gain practical experience of the whole process, from ensuring equal participation, to gathering viewpoints, to determining interests, from assessing possibilities, to creating win-win options, to finally outlining an effective compromise agreement.
Participants also get a chance to showcase their skills, connect with peers, and discuss the very latest mediation and negotiation techniques.
Congratulations to co-founding partners Ittinant Suwanjutha and Siripen Kulworakulpitak for their inclusion on Thailand’s A-List of Top 100 Lawyers by Asia Business Law Journal.
Every year Asia Business Law Journal examines Thailand’s legal profession and puts together an A-List of its top practitioners. Journal researchers shine a spotlight on the exceptional performance of the country’s best lawyers, highlighting their excellence and overall impact in the field.
The list is based on an extensive survey of leading in-house counsel in the country and elsewhere, as well as Thailand-focused partners at international law firms.
Congratulations to IAS Advisory senior associate, Mr Supachot Prasankiattiraj, for being selected as one of Thailand’s best young lawyers by Asian Legal Business (ALB), which is owned by Thomson Reuters.
Supachot was chosen as part of ALB Thailand Rising Stars 2023, which spotlights the next generation of the country’s lawyers. The list showcases 30 lawyers under the age of 40 who are performing first-class work and, in the process, earning accolades from clients and senior legal industry colleagues.
A leading title in Asia, ALB provides authoritative and unbiased insights as well as timely news about the legal industry to businesses and professionals across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.
IAS Advisory co-founding partners, Ittinant Suwanjutha, Anuwat Ngamprasertkul and Siripen Kulworakulpitak were first to congratulate Supachot and were, naturally, full of praise.
Co-founding partner Mr Anuwat Ngamprasertkul was privileged to join the committee for selecting teams at this year’s National Mediation Competition.
The event was held at the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) in Bangkok and took place over three days from 25-27th January 2023.
Competition now in its fifth year
The competition, now in its fifth year, is organised by THAC and involves simulations of commercial disputes to encourage and inform Thailand’s next generation of mediators and negotiators.
The event provides an excellent opportunity for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year degree students to participate in a mediation from start to finish and for teams to get experience of the whole mediation process, from gathering initial viewpoints, to focusing on interests, to creating win-win options, to evaluating possibilities, to outlining a valid compromise agreement.
It also provides an opportunity for young mediators and negotiators to showcase their skills, connect with peers, and pick up new mediation and negotiation techniques.
